Improvising

Yesterday, Julia brought home a loaf of Molokai sweet bread, I made a bread pudding with it. However, the bread pudding turned out a little dry because heavy cream is $3/Cup here and I decided I was going to make it work with just 1 pint rather than the 3 cups I needed. So we ended up with a rather dry bread pudding..
This morning for breakfast I used the dry bread pudding for another purpose- French Toast! Yum!
The result was a hearty, creamy, and very flavorful french toast- Success!
