Gifts from the earth

I recently wrote about the outrageous prices of produce here on Maui, I then followed up by planting a vivacious herb garden and more closely watching produce that I see here. We have got a couple cool items in at The Ritz and my garden has flourished, offering an abundance of wonderful produce with no price tag.

This garden was incredibly easy to put together, an hour of work and I just let Maui take care of the rest of it. Before I knew it we had to harvest it because there was just too much! It is something I have really enjoyed doing and will certainly do again in my future.
